Shelf Life & Freshness?
Our formulations are created without synthetic preservatives and are made with naturally stable oils, clays, and botanicals. When stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture, Pojah products have a shelf life of up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
For best results, always use clean, dry hands or tools when handling your product and keep containers tightly sealed between uses.
Are your products truly preservative free?
Yes. We prioritize purity by using 100% pure botanical oils and earth-born clays, such as Jojoba, Castor, and pomegranate seed oils, avocado oil, etc... to ensure your skin and hair receive the most natural care possible with absolutely zero preservatives .
How long is the shelf life on pojah products?
Pojah formulations are created with zero preservatives to keep our products pure and clean. Due to our preservative-free formulas, the shelf life of each product is approximately anywhere from 12-24 months depending upon the exact product you purchase.
Is the Aphrodite Radiance Polish only for the face?
While it gently refines the skin, this polish is designed as a renewal ritual that can be massaged onto dry skin or used as a full-body shower ritual to reveal a soft, luminous glow, but it is not recommended for the face.
Can the Mask of Nefertiti be used on hair?
Yes. Beyond its use as a facial renewal mask, it is formulated to be used as a hair mask to deeply cleanse and purify the scalp.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each product is prepared upon order to maintain freshness. We typically take 3–4 business days to prepare and ship orders.
How are shipping rates calculated?
We utilize automated USPS rates at checkout to provide you with the most accurate shipping costs based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States as we work toward sharing our sacred rituals with a global community in the future.
Returns & Care
What is your return policy?
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved store credit will be issued for the eligible product value.
Damaged During Transit
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:
The damaged product
The product packaging
The exterior shipping box or mailer
The shipping label
Please retain the damaged product and all original packaging until your claim has been evaluated, as additional information may be requested.
Once the damage has been reviewed and approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost within 2–3 business days after the evaluation is complete.
Damaged-in-transit claims are handled as replacements and are not subject to our standard store-credit return policy.
Please Note
For health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, opened, used, tested, or altered products are not eligible for return or store credit. We are also unable to accept returns based solely on personal fragrance preference, texture preference, or individual results once a product has been opened or used.
Pojah Body reserves the right to decline a return or damage claim that does not meet the requirements outlined above.
How should I store my products?
Because we use clean ingredients and zero preservatives, we recommend storing your vessels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the botanicals.
Are the bottles eco-friendly?
We do out best to intentionally select vessels that avoid environmentally hazardous plastics whenever possible, choosing packaging that honors the earth as much as the ingredients inside. All of our bottles are made of glass and minimal plastic. They can be recycled or reusable.
