Shelf Life & Freshness?
Our formulations are created without synthetic preservatives and are made with naturally stable oils, clays, and botanicals. When stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture, Pojah products have a shelf life of up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
For best results, always use clean, dry hands or tools when handling your product and keep containers tightly sealed between uses.
Are your products truly organic?
Yes. We prioritize purity by using organic botanical oils and earth-born clays, such as Organic Jojoba, Castor, and Black Seed oils, to ensure your skin and hair receive the most natural care possible.
Do you use preservatives?
Pojah formulations are created with zero preservatives to keep our products pure and clean. Due to our preservative-free formulas, the shelf life of each product is approximately 12 months.
Is the Aphrodite Radiance Polish only for the face?
While it gently refines the skin, this polish is designed as a renewal ritual that can be massaged onto dry skin or used as a full-body shower ritual to reveal a soft, luminous glow.
Can the Mask of Nefertiti be used on hair?
Yes. Beyond its use as a facial renewal mask, it is formulated to be used as a hair mask to deeply cleanse and purify the scalp.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Each product is prepared upon order to maintain freshness. We typically take 3–4 business days to prepare and ship orders from our Texas or California locations.

We accept refund requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
